Professional wrestling has had a major resurgence as of late, particularly the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) who is making international headlines for 'Jersey Shore' cast member Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi getting in on the action at their recent 'Wrestlemania' pay-per-view special.

Additionally, WWE also garnered headlines for the return of Hollywood superstar Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, who was the guest host for this year's 'Wrestlemania' live show in Atlanta.

Since this column premiered in September of 2004, BV Buzz has featured many stories on wrestling superstars, both those in the WWE and TNA.

As a long time fan of wrestling – growing up loving grapplers like Junkyard Dog, KoKo B. Ware, Ron Simmons, Booker T, Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, Too Cold Scorpio, Tito Santana and the one and only "American Dream" Dusty Rhodes – its been a labor of love for BV Buzz to feature many of today's wrestling superstars.
