The show debuted to record-breaking numbers in January when it made its return on BET and averaged about five million viewers each week thereafter.
Actress Tia Mowry, who plays Dr. Melanie Davis on the dramedy, is happy that the show's fans continue to support the relaunch of the series.
"I am thrilled and so happy that our fans have stuck with us through this whole ordeal," Mowry told BlackVoices.com. "The fans that are still hanging in there are our true fans and it does not go unnoticed."
Co-star Barry Floyd, who plays the endearing Tee-Tee on the show, said that this season is just the beginning of many more great seasons.
"Thanks to the fans for their continuing support. We went hard this season and there's still more to come," he said, before adding, "game on!"
The season finale of 'The Game' averaged 4.4 million viewers on BET last night.
The show was watched by over 17 million viewers during its season four reboot on BET and was the top weeknight telecast among black viewers each week since its premiere.

I absolutely LOVE the Game...! I'm proud to see a 'Black-Sitcom' that doesn't stereotype us...I'm so sick and tired of 'White-Hollywood' attempting to identify US...they can't...Keep doing what you're doing...yes, I tell ALL friends/associates about the Game....! ...w/pleasure....

I watched the entire season but BET has got to tighten up on their writing. The plot lines were wack and didn't make sense.
If this level of writing continues, I won't be watching much longer. I'm trying to give a black show a chance.

I actually enjoyed Lets Stay Together more than The Game. The actors have great chemistry although the writing could be better. The first episodes were quite funny but the writing went downhill after. It does have promise though. BET should also try to bring back Girlfriends. That was a top shelf show.

The first Episode was TOO MUCH for the first Episode and for TV Period. The punching in the walls, the adult scenes, ect... was TOO MUCH. Then it just kept getting more ghetto, drama, violent, more sexual, ect... I liked when The Game was on the other Network, it wasn't like this? Of course, BET will push buttons just to get RATINGS. BET loves drama, violence, ghettoness in just about all their reality shows. Of course, TV viewers will watch because there is nothing else on to watch and they got good ratings? I just hope it will do better and cut all that other unnecessary stuff out. That shouldn't make a series? I hope The Game TONES it down next season. That's my opinion.

Please tone it down and stick to a storyline!!!!! It was all over the place this season. The music was jamming though!!! On the other network it flowed a lot more and each show well meshed together. I'm still a fan, don't get me wrong, but just take it down a notch.

I am one of the biggest supporter of the show, I was so pleased when BET picked back up the show. I absolutly love each and every characters, they have a very special chemistry with each other one that really works. With all that said! I have to say I was disappointed with the new episodes. Im not sure in what direction the writers are trying to going in. It's almost like the writers did not watch the original show before they started. I believe the characters need to grow and evolve, but can we keep it on a positive and not go "too" unrealistic and "tackey". I hope we can get it together and get back on track for next season. One request please refer back to the previous episodes and keep it positive.

I watch "The Game" and mostly enjoy it. I say mostly bc they do need to tone it down a bit. Too much drama. But of course all tv; including the news is full of nothing but drama. The news on CNN, ABC, NBC,etc. is nothing but one negative story after another. Peps get tired of all the negative news. And as for sitcoms; the choices are very few. I will say that I love Tasha Mack. She makes us laugh; and that's what we need more of.
