What happened to the acting?
Very glad that "The Game" is back with strong viewer numbers but what happening with the actors and their performances?
The cast seem distant and that they are forcing their characters and it is more of a drama tan a comedy with sub-par performances and lines that produce no laughs and the laugh tracks seems to be way off in terms of when to register a laugh to make te lines funny.
The scene with all the ladies having a conservation with their top off naked hiding behind objects?.....what was that and it was kinda stupid and not funny at all and the Jason Pitts caracter.....he seems to be rather nurdy trying to be a ladies man when he was more funny as a conservative tight ass minding his money.
The show has lost some spark, all the characters seems disconnected and is rather boring and I hope that they read all their fan reviews and make some adjustments because if they don't then viewership will continue to be in decline as the weeks goes on.
And why is Chris Webber on the show?...Is he supposed to be the Rick Fox famous pro athlete replacement....He sucks as an actor.
The second episode of the dramedy was viewed by 5.9 million viewers, just down 1.9 million viewers and that drop off is due to a different atmosphere in presentation and acting.....If that continues then despite all the work to get it back on TV, BET may be forced to cancel the show or not renew after this first season.

I agree Webber isn't that good ! I never care for "The Game" when it originally aired and I still don't !
I would have rather seen "Girlfriends" or "Half and Half" revived versus this crap !

Seeing saying things like "off da chain" makes your comment very unreliable.

Let Stay Together is very good. The Game, not so much. Lets Stay Together reminds me of Girlfriends. Hopefully it will be around for a very long time.

LOL ! Are you seriour ? I know some 6 year olds who can act better than the cast of "The Game" ! As someone mentioned before, the laugh tracks are way off in terms of timing and in terms of what's funny or not !
The whole production seems rushed and half done !

5.9 Million viewers is way more than 1.9 million viewers which it was pulling in on Network television... Traditionally network television shows draw higher ratings than cable shows because network tv is free for viewers and with cable there are more options.. The CW did a horrible job of promoting the show and kept moving the day that the show came on.. You could always tell that CW was going to cancel a show when they moved it into the Friday Night deadzone... Who wants to sit at home on a Friday night and watch a show.. I mean we did when we were kids with TGIF on ABC but not now..
BET does not get this type of ratings regularly for any of the other shows... The Game is the 2nd highest rated broadcast in the channels history.. not just for the year, but the channels history and they'd be a fool to cancel it over 1.8 fans.. The show got higher ratings in syndication than the original airings if I'm correct
