Top-Selling Gospel Artists
CeCe Winans
The eighth of 10 siblings in the gospel-singing Winans family, CeCe recorded music with brother BeBe. The dynamic duo scored two No. 1 R&B singles, 'Addictive Love' and 'I'll Take You There.' As a soloist, CeCe has won six Grammys and her collection of R&B hits includes 'Count on Me,' her duet with Whitney Houston from the 'Waiting to Exhale' soundtrack.

BeBe Winans
After years as a duet with sister CeCe, BeBe Winans went solo and released a self-titled album in 1997. Featuring singles 'In Harms' Way,' 'Thank You,' and 'I Wanna Be The Only One,' the album did well on gospel and secular charts. BeBe is a two-time Grammy winner, one as co-producer of the 'Bodyguard' soundtrack.

She sang for Presidents Eisenhower & Kennedy, and for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. immediately before his "I Have a Dream" speech.

James Cleveland
A pianist, singer, composer and producer, Cleveland was revered by the music world as the King of Gospel and even taught a Queen (of soul), Aretha Franklin a few things about gospel. Yolanda Adams

great artist out there today.... where in the world is james hall and worship and praise? please give credit where it is due... i like all the technology out there and all, but what about the choirs that only need a hammond b3, a bass and a drum set whose singing and worship absolutely take your breath away, and blow the roof off the place? can anybody out there sing anymore for real? ya'll know what i mean.. i know their out there- give credit where its due- dont be scared. i miss o'landa draper and the associates.. how about you? let the young folks say whoooooo? thank God wilmington chester, as well as ricky dillard and new g. are still being heard..some of the best...i honestly must say i have not heard anyone take my breath away since james hall worship and praise until i heard his church choir recently,James Hall and VOICES OF CITADEL- their sound is so powerful, i cant even tell ya about it, you have absolutely got to hear them or dont even listen to anyone else until you've experienced this unbelievable group of artist--their pastor Dr. Kevin Bond is the icing on the cake... thank God for the award sweepers and the new sounds and all, but the anointing is fading out. no matter how much money is changing hands (to make certain people look better than others sometimes) the yolks cant be destroyed without it whether choir group or soloist. in the mean time, bring some of the heavy hitters back at least somewhere in the forefront-- and bring the choirs back.. look 'em up;somethin',book 'em..bring some good new cats out like Kevin Wilson from conneticut, Michael White and True Praise from D.C. or Zak Williams and 1 Akord from Philly--please stay busy with Gods business and not the 'mans' so much big wigs... in Jesus Christ Holy Name--joy n luv
