BV Buzz first reported the domestic ordeal on July 9.
(Read: 'Jaleel White: 'Family Matters' Star Accused of Domestic Violence.')
TMZ is reporting that the LAPD will not move forward with charges against the actor, best known for playing Steve Urkel, because of insufficient evidence.
The 33-year-old actor has been adamant that there was never a domestic incident.
He described the situation as "a child support stickup gone wrong" on his Twitter page, but celebrated the fact that he had be reunited with his daughter after not seeing her for 18 days.
White's attorney Philip Cohen told TMZ that there were questions about Hardy's "credibility and timing" in this matter -- partly because she waited several weeks to report the incident.

Just another terrible example where the baby momma purposely uses the innocent child as a deal maker, a bargaining chip and made up a bogus domestic violence claim as a means to controlling the man in the relationship.....and what was she pissed about? Probably nothing at all but wanting more money and regarding the health and welfare of the child? Not the reason at all but for her own scheming selfish needs.
Jaleel White pays the mandatory court ordered child support payments approved by the judge so the fact that she is broke at the end of every month and can't provide for the child properly because of her lack of money management skills and selfish spending on herself instead of the baby's needs is not his problem.
She lives a high lifestyle, probably has gotten herself in deep debt spending the child support money like a drunken sailor buying bullshit for her self and not the child. THAT IS NOT THE REASON FOR CHILD SUPPORT LADIES!! THE MONEY IS FOR THE THE CHILD, NOT YOU!!..taking the money and spending it on yourself. If you need additional/extra money, GET OFF YOUR LAZY TIRED SCHEMING AZZ, GET A GODDAM JOB AND QUIT MILKING THE SYSTEM!!!!!
She kept his son away from him for 18 days and for what? Some stupid shit (to piss him off) that she wanted from him and we all know that thing she wanted was MORE MONEY.
How do you think that he would react or feel? Of course he was pissed and she wanted him to do something stupid (put his shands on her or hit her with the baby in the house) to get him in trouble in order to put him in jail and head back to court to increase the child support payments.
More money and as Jaleel White noted "He described the situation as "a child support stickup gone wrong".....she only wanted more money not for the benefit of the child, but for her needs to go out with her girls; shop, eat, travel, party, pamper and buy shyt for herself that has nothing to do with the child's needs. All the child gets is the bare mimimum from the money: food. clothes, roof, medical but the mom? expensive cars, bling, cruises, big house, shooping sprees etc and the hyprocity? Mom claims that this IS ALL for the child and the lifestyle THAAT THE CHILD NEEDS IN ORDER TO LIVE. LADIES PLEASE!!!! Did the baby tell you that's what she/he wanted? NO!!
That's the lie you tell.
Ladies, y'all need to stop spreading your legs, gettin' pregeant on purpose and stop trapping these guys doing this bullshyt and the reason for these babies? Women know that once they get pregeant and have a child, they know that the United States court system is 100% behind them and set up to ensure that they get automatic monthly money payments for that child so "planning" these pregancies with all the crying & hurt feeling and "you got me pregeant" bullshyt (knowing that's what you wanted all along, especially with the rich brothers) is just a trick to trap, lay on your backs and live off someone else's back and their hard work.
Sorry azz mother fyckers.

OOOZZZ, tell that to your daughters when they are old enough to "spread their legs" OK.
While there are some women, who do use the baby as bait, there are some that don't. Just like there are some men who actually take care of their kids...but we NEVER hear about those ppl, because they are not "news worthy".
So, please don't be so one sided in your comments, "baby daddies" are on the rise, it truly takes two to make a baby! Wrap it up!

OOOZZZZ maybe a little wrong for how he said this, but as women we have to be more responsible for ourselves. There is way to many things on the market for women not to get pregnant plus she can make him strap up. Hell you can't get in between my legs with out one and i'm on birth control. There are some women who are after these men money. So it's not like they don't know what they are doing also.

It is time to start prosecuting women as well as men who manipulate the time of law enforcement officers as well as that of the court system because they seek financial gain and/or revenge of some kind.
Case loads of police officers as well as case loads in the court systems are just backed too far up because of incidents like these.
It makes it pretty much impossible for REAL VICTIMS (female or male) to get the justice that they are seeking and deserve.

You don't have to give up the p*ssy ladies but many of you can't seem to control your emotions (he said that he lovs me, that he will take care of me and all that other b.s. just to get the coochie), that itch that needs to be scratched on a regular and women keep giving into the bullshyt and keep getting pregeant, dropping babies and having drama!!!!
This is not rocket science ladies.
YOU (NOT HIM) ARE IN TOTAL & COMPLETE CONTROL OF YOUR BODY....NOT HIM...you don't have to give up anything.... and women keep on failing time and time again to realize that simple fact of everyday life.
You continue to fall prey to the "game" that he's running and if you're not a women like Jaleel Whites' baby momma money snatcher, then the life time problem does not exist.
If you're lonely and need companionship in the form of a significiant other to fill your materinal and motherly needs, buy a dog or cat.
Quit thinking between your legs, stop thinking about dick all the time and stop chasing these broke ass or well off guys hoping to trap them or change them in order for them to do what you want to do so you can live lavish life, tryin' to get paid by the system or directly by him for the next 18+ years.
WOMEN, YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOURSELVES AND THE SITUATION....NOT HIM......YOU DON'T HAVE TO FYCK HIM....YOU DON'T OWE HIM SHYT.... NO MATTER HOW MUCH OR HOW HE BEGS......AND IF YOU DO.... PROTECT YOURSELF AND CONTROL THE SITUATION.......REMEMBER THAT!!!

She waited several weeks to make a report? Men are always at a disadvantage in these cases. My son's mother was very abusive (physical and verbal) for many years and one day I caught myself about to retaliate. Instead I called the police and after she'd punched me several times, the first thing they did was ask for my ID and tell me to leave.
