The 25-year-old aspiring model was charged with a misdemeanor Thursday in Houston for allegedly pushing and shoving a police officer.
(If Banks' talk show hadn't ended recently, you know Rusher would be a guest on next week!)
Nonetheless, authorities claim they got a call about loud music coming from Rusher's apartment. When the officers arrived, the model wannabe supposedly cursed at them and attempted to flee the scene, in addition to the physical assault.
Rusher appeared on cycle four of 'America's Next Top Model,' back when the show was on the now defunct UPN Network and Janice Dickinson was still a judge on the series.
During her stint on the competition based show, Rusher was considered one of the "problem girls" in the house and was eliminated for her "bad attitude."
The winner of that season was Naima Mora.
