Spike TV's Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, better known as TNA, is pulling out all of the punches in an attempt to become more competitive with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), the Vince McMahon-helmed professional wrestling organization that has completely monopolized the business since it acquired its main competition World Champion Wrestling (WCW) in 2001.
TNA added nearly a dozen marquee wrestlers to its roster in Jan. – many are former stars from WWE – in an attempt to poach viewers from WWE's 'Monday Night Raw' telecast on the USA Network.
Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Jeff Hardy, Scott Hall and Orlando Jordan were among the superstars who joined TNA, but a recent development with Jordan's storyline is what is really making headlines.
The 39-year-old wrestler made history recently by becoming the first openly bisexual professional wrestler in a U.S.-based wrestling organization.
Jordan's sex
uality has been no secret to wrestling executives and colleagues. The Miami-based grappler came out publicly as bisexual in 2006 and said in an interview that when he told his former boss McMahon, his response was: "Goddamn it Orlando, that's money!"
Jordan was terminated from WWE for an issue unrelated to his sexuality in 2006 and made his TNA debut on January 4.
On a March 29 edition of TNA's show 'Impact,' the 6'4", 250 pound superstar introduced his bisexuality to the wrestling audience in a risqué ring appearance.
Draped in police caution tape that said "cross the line," Jordan was lowered from the ceiling of the arena into the wrestling ring, where he began to crawl and sensually slide around in the wrestling ring in a somewhat suggestive manner.
The wrestler then walked away from the ring towards curtain. He thrust his hair extensions back, shaking off his psychedelic sunglasses to reveal he was wearing eye makeup.
The curtain raised and both an unidentified male and female sat on two ends of a white sofa. Behind them on the set featured a picture connecting two male symbols and one female symbol.
Jordan climbed on the couch between them both, while mouthing "I'm the greatest" to the camera.

No way is this gonna fly. Too many of pro wrestling's fans are young children and old folks -- the backlash is gon' be SERIOUS. Not a smart move, TNA. They're gonna write this outta their storyline with the quickness. Watch what I tell ya...

I thought my kid's ears were big. nothing wrong with it. I still wonder why kids take so much from the fathers and be cute as bugs .
