*****

"During the holiday season, I have often observed many souls beginning to operate in a spirit of 'peace on earth and goodwill towards men,' a.k.a., 'The Spirit of Love.'

Even as a child I found myself pondering why we don't exercise more love throughout the entire year and not just during the holidays, especially at Christmas time.

So, what the holidays have come to mean for me is an opportunity for us all to gather a greater understanding of Love, in order that we may embark upon a more liberal application of it, year, after year, after year. Because no matter what Ellia Englishwe say or what we believe or what we do during this holiday season, without LOVE, the greatest gift of all, we are all bankrupt.

What a wonderful time the holiday season is, for us to recall to the forefront of our hearts, what we know about love.

We know that love embodies patience and kindness, and we know that love is slow to anger. And, it prefers truth and honors truth.

We also know that love is 'not' rude, arrogant or envious.

Yes, we know that love respectfully cares a great deal for others, without sacrificing the whole of itself. In addition, love never keeps record of wrongs. It is very protective and it consistently trusts, hopes and perseveres.

All in all we know that 'Love Never Fails,' no matter the season!

That's what the holidays mean to me, a reminder for us to LOVE!" – Ellia English, actress/singer
