The first rule in business is finding out how to make money off of something you love.
In the case of Jensen Atwood, the actor had hoped to flex his entrepreneurial muscles in an area close to his stomach.
"I'm a donut fan. The devil's food chocolate, the chocolate-chocolate, the old fashion glazed, the twist glazed, the chocolate bars, the apple fritters, the buttermilk...I can go on and on," he shared.
The 'Noah's Arc' star had thought about owning a doughnut shop and was contemplating getting into business with Krispy Krème.
"You know, before Krispy Kreme came to the west coast that was one of my big ideas to bring it out here. Sure enough its taken off," he confessed. "But I definite wasn't anywhere that financially stable to do it."

Distributed in limited release, the film has been in no more than five theaters per weekend and as of Nov. 23 had grossed more than $482,638 since opening on Oct. 24.
