Janet Jackson's 'Rock With U' tour kicked off on Wednesday in
Her first tour in seven years, the opening show earned stellar reviews from critics.
"She can move like she did back in her 'Rhythm Nation 1814' days – almost 20 years ago now – and she never seemed to wane, even as the clock ticked past 10:30 pm," said the 'Globe and Mail.'

Jackson exclusively revealed her tour rundown for the 'Rock With U' jaunt to 'BV Buzz' on Aug. 18.
The 42-year singer performed for two and half hours and the show features nine costume changes, nine dancers and an elaborate set design with video projections, pyrotechnics and a spectacular lighting display.

Janet Jackson rocked the house in Oakland!!!This was the best concert that I have ever seen. We danced the entire time. I can't stop talking about it. I would love to see her concert again. ALL HAIL JANET!!!!

omgha i saw her live in oakland this saturday it was amazing! nothing but hits! none stop dancing. live vocal too. graphics were amazin also i must add. she even had a story line going. get nose bleed seats they have good view of her giant stage! love it the iconic queen of hip pop n b! wo0t~

JANET Ripped it! Tore it up! Rocked the house in Oakland, if you can think of the expression, she did it!!!!! I have seen all of her shows and that by far was the best. People keep saying she is making a come back, but all of her true fans known she hasn't gone anywhere!!!! 20+ YEARS IN THE BUSINESS HASN'T STOPPED HER!!!!!
