'Girlfriends' isn't the only casualty of the writer's strike. Fans of the New Orleans-based Fox drama 'K-Ville' will be sad to know the series will not return.

The show, which starred Anthony Anderson and Cole Hauser, will end despite its good ratings.

Anderson, who most recently starred in the film, 'The Transformers,' already has a new gig lined up.

The BV Buzz has learned that the 37-year-old Los Angeles native will join the cast of NBC's long-running cop drama 'Law & Order.'

The married father of two will become a member of the cast just as actor Jesse L. Martin, who joined the show in 1999 is set to leave.

'Access Hollywood' beauty Shaun Robinson will join Regis Philbin and 'Dancing with the Stars' correspondent Samantha Harris to host the 'Oscar Red Carpet Show' before the Academy Awards this Sunday.

Robinson, the weekend anchor at 'Access Hollywood,' is hosting the show for the fourth time.

The forty-something TV talent, who blogs about her red carpet encounters at www.ShaunRobinson.com, is currently featured on the cover of Precious Times magazine.

Former talk show host turned actress Rolonda Watts has penned a novel called 'Destiny Lingers,' which is currently being shopped to various literary houses by Maya Angelou's book agent.

Rolonda WattsThe tome is a tale of a news reporter who has a mental breakdown after her husband is caught having an affair. She moves back to the island that she grew up on in an attempt gather herself.

"It's a great story," Watts told me. "The response to it has been great so far!"

In addition to her recurring role on NBC's soap opera 'Days of our Lives,' Watts is the voice of both 'Judge Joe Brown' and the game show 'Temptation.'

The Winston-Salem, North Carolina-native was recently honored at the McDonald's New York Metro Owners & Operators celebration of journalists alongside CNN's Soledad O'Brien, Sheila Stainback, Greg Gumble, Lynne White and others. Claudia JordanIt's part of a ceremony at the Apollo Theater to honor black broadcasting legends.

'Deal or No Deal' model Claudia Jordan has a new radio show on Sirius Satellite radio called, 'The Claudia Jordan Show.'

The former Bob Barker beauty on 'The Price is Right' has four co-hosts on the show that explores love, life and anything they deem relevant from the female perspective.

The 34-year-old model/actress is also a co-host on Jamie Foxx's Sirius show, 'The Foxx Hole.'
