The 'Queen of Inspirational Soul' Ann Nesby is refuting the claims by a professional background singer and aspiring songwriter Peggy Harley that Nesby, in conjunction with New York radio personality Vaughn Harper, violated copyright infringement with Nesby's single, 'I Apologize.'
The song is featured on Nesby's current release 'This Is Love.'
Harley is suing Nesby and veteran Big Apple deejay alleging that the two worked together to rip-off the fledgling songwriter's original work, 'It Will Never Happen Again.'
"The deluded accusations brought upon by Peggy Harley are unfounded. 'I Apologize' is an original recording exclusively created by Ann Nesby and producer/songwriter Roosevelt George. Laborforce Management, It's Time Child Records, and Ann Nesby have no professional or personal relationship with Vaughn Harper of WBLS as Harley claims,' the statement read.
As a songwriter, Nesby has penned songs for Patti LaBelle ('Right Kinda Lover'), Gladys Knight ('Home Alone') and jazz artist Tom Scott ('You Are My Everything'), among others.
No record of a professional song placement can be found in any of Harley's credits.

Harry, get your facts straight! There is NO cause yet. Autopsy to be done today. He had pneumonia. NO pills found "scattered around the body." Give someone the benefit of the doubt. Sheesh!

Usher, the loss of a father is hollowing regarding the previous relationship. Clearly, you (and he) were on your way to recovery and I offer my condolences.
I lost my dad 5 years ago almost to the day, and there are so many things I wished i had said (and done). I pray you were fortunate enough to have had a "healing".
Dads are what's missing more than anything in our culture!

I am so sorry for Ushers lost.How can poeople be so crule as to say negative things about his father. Everybody has to die from something, we should be so lucky to die doing something we enjoyed if that was the case. Also how do you know Tank just had a new baby boy and that Usher has 2 more kids, where do we get this information like we were there when these kids were being made.

we need to be there for one another as well as pray
for each and everyone who is going through sad times.
I lost my Mom last march and its hard, no one knows

To Usher I had a brother who passed away ten years ago. Every one said that time would heal all wounds. Usher they lied . Each day that passes is another day that I have'nt seen my brother. So understand the pain never goes away. Time helps you learn to deal with,makes you stronger,and allows you to be able to grieve . Usher trust in God that he will not put nothing on you you cannot handle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
