Dr. Marc Lamont Hill is the new host of the news magazine series 'Our World With Black Enterprise.'

The 30-minute weekly program airs in national syndication on weekends, as well as on the TV One cable network.

"I'm excited by the opportunity to take over the reigns of 'Our World,'" Hill told BV Buzz. "The show has set an incredible standard for representing, informing and inspiring our community. I want to continue that tradition by bringing the show to the next generation of viewers."

Former Destiny's Child singer Michelle Williams is returning to the U.K. this fall to appear on the dance competition series 'Strictly Come Dancing.'

The talent contest, similar to 'Dancing With the Stars,' kicks off on Sept. 10.

"Michelle is a great booking for us -- as she's an amazing dancer and extremely glamorous. We said that we were aiming big this year, and we hope fans of the show will realize that with a booking like her," a source close to the production told Britain's Sun.

Season one 'American Idol' runner-up Justin Guarini is gearing up for a run in the new Broadway show, 'Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown.'

The 31-year-old singer, who lost 'American Idol' to Kelly Clarkson, will play the role of Carlos in the musical adaptation of the Pedro Almodóvar comedy.

Brownstone lead vocalist Nicci Gilbert got married on July 10, 2010 and BV Buzz is the first to obtain these exclusive images of the R&B star and her husband, retired boxer Leonard M. Daniels.

Rapper Bow Wow stars in the new film 'Lottery Ticket,' which opens on Aug. 20.

In the film, the 23-year-old hip-hop star works at a Foot Locker store and his character's adoration of sneakers parallels Bow Wow's real life fascination with them.

When BV Buzz spoke to the one-time Jermaine Dupri-protégé during an interview at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills recently, Bow Wow disclosed that he came very close to launching his own sneaker line.

After a lot of internet speculation, BV Buzz has learned exclusively that 'The View' co-host Sherri Shepherd has officially been named the new host of Game Show Network's 'The Newlywed Game.'

"I am beyond thrilled," the Emmy-winning TV talent told BV Buzz. "'The Newlywed Game' is one of my favorite game shows and I have loved it since Bob Eubanks was the host."

The 43-year-old comedienne takes over the reigns as host when the re-launched version of 'The Newlywed Game' returns for its fourth season this November.

Television personality Rene Syler is guest-hosting HLN's 'The Joy Behar Show' all this week.

The former CBS 'The Early Show' anchor is filling in for 'The View' comedienne, who is on vacation from both of her shows until after Labor Day.

"Well, it's the first time I've been back in the hosting role in about four years. Man, time flies," Syler told BV Buzz. "'The Joy Behar Show' has an amazing staff and crew and I felt very comfortable when I walked in. I always like watching the show because Joy makes it like a conversation and that's what I try to do. I approach it from a place of curiosity and ask the questions that I would be directing at the TV if I was at home in my PJ's watching."

Syler follows 'Access Hollywood' anchor Shaun Robinson who guest-hosted last week. Ironically, CNN and HLN have come under fire from critics in recent weeks for their lack of diversity in hosts on primetime weekday programming.
